Alexa has spent nearly a decade becoming a visible and vocal advocate for change in the HR/People Ops business. In addition to hosting large-scale events focused on the employee experience, developing software to address HR’s most glaring needs, and building an online community of people practitioners, Alexa is a sought-after lecturer at people-focused discussions across the nation—including at her alma mater, Brown University, where she is a guest lecturer at Brown’s Breakthrough Lab and serves as a member of the President’s Advisory Council on Entrepreneurship.
